Use of the Website

Authorized Use 

The Website is intended for personal, non-commercial use to provide information about the events & activities of Sri Mahaperiyava Sharanalyam and Trust's activities, initiatives, and related matters. The website also enables users to request for Guru Pooja, order books authored by GR Mama & also request for appointments to meet with GR Mama. Users agree not to misuse the Website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Any such violations may result in civil or criminal liability. The Trust reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches and will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of individuals involved in these violations.

Donations

  1. General Terms 

    • All donations made through the Website are voluntary.

    • Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when making a donation. 

  2. Tax Benefits 

    • Sri Mahaperiyavar Arul Trust does not offer 80G tax exemptions for donations. 

  3. Foreign Donations 

    • Sri Mahaperiyavar Arul Trust does not accept donations from outside India. The Donor Agrees that the donation is from Indian source and is not a foreign contribution as per FCRA, 2010.

 

Privacy Policy

Your use of this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
